Exchanges & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail from support@viralmerch.co.uk. If you do not receive this email, please:

  1. Check your spam folder.
  2. If it's not there – let us know you haven't received the mail (via email support@viralmerch.co.uk). We can check your email address is correct in our system.

This email means that we have received your order in our system and charged your PayPal account or credit card for the purchase.

Please check the details in your confirmation email are correct, and let us know (via email support@viralmerch.co.uk) if any details need changing immediately. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, and we may be unable to make changes once we have begun processing.

    We will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order shipping to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. Having read the shipping information below, if you feel you should have received this email by now, please contact us (via email support@viralmerch.co.uk).

    DAMAGES & MISTAKES

    Damages occur in transit, and mistakes happen from time to time. We are human! Just contact us (via email support@viralmerch.co.uk) and we'll help straighten things out. We will always replace damaged items and correct mistakes, with no additional cost or inconvenience to you.

    EXCHANGES

    If you need to exchange your purchase for a different size contact us (via email support@viralmerch.co.uk) and we'll be more than happy to help.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    Refunds are offered at our own discretion, and usually fall into two categories:

    • Cancellations before an order has been processed. We are happy to refund up to the point where the order has been shipped.
    • The very rare event where we are unable to fulfill your order.

    Refunds will only be issued to the original Paypal account or credit card that you use when placing your order. Contact us (viaemail support@viralmerch.co.uk) to discuss your situation.

    RETURNS

    Each order is custom made and printed on demand, therefore we do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect, we will offer a replacement as soon as possible.


    If there is a defect and you do not want a replacement, a refund will be provided.

    Size Guide

    Chest: Measured across the chest one inch below armhole when laid flat.

    Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the lowest bottom part of the shirt.

    Sizing Tips:
    The measurements below are the actual garment size when laid down flat. If you are not sure which is the best size is for you, lay one of your comfortable fitting t-shirts flat and measure it using the guide above.

    Shrinkage:
    All cotton is prone to shrinkage after first wash (even pre-shrunk cotton). Expect 1/4” - 1/2” of shrinkage on the measurements listed above after your first wash.
